The Callisto Protocol (PPSA-03352) is a narrative-driven third-person survival horror game developed by Striking Distance Studios and published by Krafton. Set 300 years in the future, players take on the role of Jacob Lee, a cargo ship pilot unjustly cast into Black Iron Prison—a maximum-security facility located on Jupiter's dead moon, Callisto. When a mysterious outbreak transforms the inmates into grotesque, mutating creatures known as Biophages, Jacob must fight for survival to escape the prison while unraveling the dark secrets hidden beneath Callisto's surface. Gameplay blends strategic ranged shooting with brutal close-quarters melee combat, utilizing a unique gravity gun ("GRP") to throw enemies into environmental hazards, sever limbs, and manage scarce ammo and health supplies. Technical enhancements built natively for the PlayStation 5 deliver fast SSD load times, 3D Audio, dynamic 4K graphics options (Quality Mode with Ray Tracing or 60 FPS Performance Mode), and extensive DualSense controller support featuring tactile haptic feedback and adaptive trigger resistance for heavy weapon handling and melee strikes. This game is a 1-player single-player survival horror experience; it does not feature online or local multiplayer modes. 📦 Shipping Info: Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day, or within 2 business days during weekends.
