You sent me the PS4 disc Dying Light 2: Stay Human. It is impossible to load the game on the console the download reaches 24% and then a "system error" message appears. We tried to load the game multiple times, but it failed. I conclude that the disc is defective. I would like return the game to you and receive a full refund.
