If the purchased item is not as described, than the request for a refund must be made within the first 48h once the item has been received. This must be done in the Geedie user accont, in the Purchases -> Purchases section.
Once the return has been requested and accepted, buyer must send the item back to the seller. Once the item is received by the seller, the refund will be issued.
The returned item must be in the same condition as dispatched by the seller for the refund to be issued in the full amount.
Partial refund is also possible if the purchased item does not match the description and its value is segnificatly lower, but the buyer still wants to keep the item.
